Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Validity & Use

a. Bistro on the Quay gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date or exchanged for cash.

b. Vouchers are redeemable exclusively at Bistro on the Quay and cannot be used at The Mariners.

c. Only one gift voucher may be redeemed per visit. Photocopies or reproductions of vouchers will not be accepted.

d. Gift vouchers must be presented in their original form on arrival.

2. Reservations & Redemption

a. If you are booking a table in advance, please quote your voucher number at the time of reservation so that it can be securely recorded against your booking.

b. Any additional spend exceeding the value of your gift voucher must be paid in full at the end of your visit.

c. If the total bill is less than the value of your voucher, the remaining balance can be reissued as a new gift voucher, retaining the original voucher's expiry date.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

a. Gift vouchers cannot be used towards private functions, special events or services outside our standard restaurant offering.

b. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers or loyalty schemes unless expressly stated.

4. General Conditions

a. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

b. Bistro on the Quay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will not affect vouchers already purchased, which will continue to be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

c. Any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity relating to a gift voucher may result in its cancellation.

5. Physical Gift Voucher Delivery

a. Physical gift vouchers are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class on the same day when purchased before 3pm.

b. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, as postal delays may occasionally occur. If your voucher has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
