Gift Voucher, Terms & Conditions

Bistro on the Quay gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash. Vouchers are redeemable exclusively at Bistro on the Quay and are not valid at The Mariners. Only one voucher may be used per visit, and photocopies will not be accepted. If you’re booking in advance, please quote your voucher number at the time of reservation so it can be stored securely. You must present the original voucher on arrival. Any spend beyond the voucher value must be paid in full at the end of your visit. If there is a remaining balance, it can be reissued as a new voucher with the original expiry date. Physical vouchers are posted via 2nd Class Royal Mail on the same day if purchased before 3pm; however, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery due to possible postal delays before contacting us.
