Event Terms & Conditions - By purchasing a ticket to this event at Bistro on the Quay, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Each ticket is priced at £47.50 per person and includes a sharing board feast. A non-refundable booking fee of £2.50 per ticket will be added at checkout. All other food and drink purchased during the event must be paid for separately. Tickets are limited to 22 guests and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. No physical ticket will be issued; confirmation of purchase will be sent via email and serves as proof of booking. Entry to the event is subject to the presentation of this confirmation. Bistro on the Quay reserves the right to refuse admission or make changes to the event schedule where necessary.
At our discretion, and in exceptional circumstances, we may agree to transfer your ticket to a future event. This is subject to availability and may require payment of the difference in value if the new event is priced higher than the original ticket purchased.
